Synthesis Project

The concept of synthesis was completely new to me, and so this composition began as an idea based around simplicity. The two themes that came to me when thinking about simplicity were:
1. The Harmonic Series – one of the most fundamental building blocks in music, 
2. Prime Numbers – a number whose only factors are 1 and itself.
